What other utilities are included in my HOA Assessment?
Trash & sewage is included in your HOA assessment payment, along with landscaping, once per week cleaning, routine building maintenance, fire inspection & monitoring and property management. How do I get my mail keys?
Please visit your local USPS. If you do not know your mailbox number please ask at the post office or contact Goodwin.
How do I join the community GroupMe app?
Please send a request to axiomeastboard@gmail.com. NOTE: This app is not sponsored by Goodwin, nor the Axiom East HOA. It is an owner-led community to answer questions in real time, support neighbors with assistance and post topics relevant to Axiom East owners & tenants.
How do I request a new gate RFID tag, building access fob, MyQ Community mobile app license, entry code or guest directory listing?
Please complete the form found HERE to request new credentials or to have your call box/code updated. Send your completed form to amenityaccess@goodwintx.com and the Amenity Team will send an email confirmation when your request is processed.
How do my guests and visitors enter the community?
Guests are encouraged to use the call box for access.
Your guest will arrive at the call box, scroll through to find your name, then will press a number shown next to your name.
The call box will ring up to your phone.
You will have one minute of talk time to determine who is at the gate.
To let them in, press “9” on your phone to open the gate.

How do I pay for my gate access credentials?
Any applicable charges will be billed to your HOA account. NOTE: Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized.
